If you love your natural curl pattern and want to keep the tightness exactly as it is, a smoothing treatment may not be the best fit.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your install, we kindly require that all hair be provided through our salon.

K-Tip installs rely on high-quality keratin bonds and premium extension hair. If the keratin is weak or improperly made, it can affect how well your install holds and how long it lasts.

We exclusively use Raw Cambodian and Burmese hair from a vendor we've trusted for over 10 years.

The quality is unmatched, and every strand is chosen to ensure a flawless blend with your natural texture.

There is no mandatory monthly maintenance required with K-Tips.

Once installed, there’s no need for tightening, moving up, or re-taping — your extensions are designed to last up to five months with proper care.

Before you leave the salon, you’ll receive a Digital Care Guide with everything you need to maintain your K-Tips at home or with another trusted stylist.

While maintenance appointments aren't required, it’s important to shampoo your hair regularly to keep your scalp and extensions healthy.

Prefer not to wash your hair yourself? You’re always welcome to book a Shampoo Service with us anytime for that fresh, salon-quality clean.

K-Tips should always be removed in the salon, never at home.

After five to six months of wear, you’ll return for a professional removal where a special keratin-safe solution is used to gently dissolve the bond — allowing each strand to slide off easily without damaging your natural hair.

While the process is simple, it must be done by a professional to ensure your hair stays healthy and intact.

Please note that K-Tip hair is not reusable, so a new set will be required for your next install.

If you’d like a same-day re-install, just let us know when booking. This will add approximately two hours to your service.

Your deposit is made securely using a credit or debit card at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash.

For final payments, we do not accept direct debit or credit card transactions. We also do not have PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App accounts.

Please come prepared with your preferred payment method to ensure a smooth and stress-free checkout experience.

All service charges are final once the service is completed.

Your investment is based on the number of grams agreed upon during your consultation, along with any custom color or additional treatments included in your package.

K-Tip installs can last up to five months with proper care, but once your install is complete, ongoing maintenance becomes your responsibility. This can be done by booking Shampoo Services with us, visiting another trusted stylist, or shampooing your hair at home using the provided Care Guide.

Please note, we are not responsible for installs that are not maintained regularly by our salon — even if you’ve followed the Care Guide to the best of your ability. At-home care and outside stylists may vary in technique, and we cannot guarantee results without consistent in-salon maintenance.

If you lose a few K-Tips during at-home or outside maintenance, we’re happy to replace up to 10 pieces at no charge. Anything beyond that will be considered a Refill Service and charged accordingly.
